Studied law at Freie Universität Berlin. Completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, with legal internships at leading international law firms. Earned a master’s degree in Finance Law from King’s College London.
Since being admitted to the bar in 2024, Julian Roser has been advising clients on private construction and architectural law. He began his legal career at a boutique law firm in Munich specializing in this area of law. There, his practice focused on advising architectural firms during the planning and construction phases, particularly on enforcing change orders and fee claims, as well as defending against claims for damages arising from construction delays or disruptions. In addition, his practice encompassed the assertion and defense of claims in court. He completed the specialized attorney training program in construction and architectural law in 2024.
He has been practicing as an attorney at Pietschmann Legal since August 2025.
